Watermark Constructions is seeking a Field Estimator to service the Sunshine Coast region , who combines technical know-how, sharp attention to detail and great communication skills. If you enjoy assessing repair requirements, preparing accurate estimates and working with a team focused on quality outcomes, this is your opportunity.

The opportunity

Reporting to our Estimating Manager, you’ll take responsibility for assessing, reporting on and estimating repair costs for assigned insurance claims. You’ll work closely with our Administration, Projects, Site Supervision and Management teams to keep information flowing and deliver accurate, timely outcomes that meet insurer expectations.

What you’ll be doing

Assessing assigned claims and preparing clear reports and accurate repair cost estimates.

Managing your daily tasks, reminders and queries through PRIME Ecosystem.

Building strong relationships with customers, clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams.

Working to agreed performance targets, service standards and quality requirements.

Keeping safety, environmental responsibility and compliance front of mind.

Contributing ideas that improve processes,



reduce errors and support efficient, profitable outcomes.

What you’ll bring

You know construction, take pride in getting the details right and communicate confidently with people at every level.

Solid construction management knowledge, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems. Insurance repair industry experience highly desired.

A sound understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Excellent planning, organisation and critical-thinking skills.

The initiative to work independently and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Strong reporting, customer relationship and stakeholder communication skills.

Confident IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
