Sales Representative - Civil and Construction Equipment

If you’ve built a strong foundation in internal sales, stepped up as a 2IC or spent a few years in the field, this role gives you the chance to take on more and grow into a confident, capable external salesperson.

The business is an established Australian specialist working with customers across construction, civil and infrastructure projects. It provides practical equipment and on-site support to help customers manage the challenges that come with complex, active worksites. The team works closely with customers to understand what each job needs and deliver a solution that works in practice.

You’ll learn the business from the ground up, with product and systems training that helps you build real knowledge and credibility with customers.

The opportunity

You’ll take ownership of a Brisbane territory, meet customers, develop new relationships and uncover opportunities as projects take shape. You’ll have experienced people around you to learn from, while being trusted to build your own approach and make the role yours.

You don’t need to arrive as a finished salesperson. You do need to bring ambition, curiosity and the determination to make the most of the opportunity.

You could be:

An internal sales professional ready to get out in front of customers

A 2IC who wants to build a career in external sales

A sales representative with one to five years’ experience, ready for more scope and development

You’ll bring a robust work ethic, confidence with customers and a real appetite to learn. You’ll take feedback on board, follow through on commitments and put in the effort to become excellent at what you do.

On Offer

Base salary of $80k - $100k
