Platypus Shoes Canberra Civic is seeking a Store Manager to lead a agile team and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs and an outstanding customer experience in a busy retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage rosters and wage costs, maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure OH&S; compliance, and partner with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities for the shop in Canberra.
