Three Blue Ducks Byron Bay is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our busy venue. You will coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations, deliver superior service, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting, supervising, scheduling, mentoring hourly staff, managing revenue and costs to budget, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Salary is $75,000 to $85,000 per year for full time/permanent position.
