Metro North Health is seeking a physiotherapist to deliver goal-focused, restorative physiotherapy within a Community Transition Care home-visiting model. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimise function, confidence and independence for clients.

The role includes supervising less-experienced staff and students, and actively participating in quality improvement initiatives within the service area. A cooperative, patient-centred approach is essential for success.
