TURSA Employment and Training – Coffs Harbour NSW is seeking an Employment Adviser to join the Business Liaison Team. The role is based at the Coffs Harbour site full time, with work also from the Woolgoolga site, on a 72-hour, 9-day fortnight, Monday to Friday—no weekends.
Key duties include creating and sourcing job opportunities, reverse marketing participants to employers, and guiding both participants and employers through the recruitment process.
