Gelatissimo, Sydney’s beloved gelato brand, is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our busy stores (Manly, Circular Quay, Watsons Bay). You will coach a small team, ensure outstanding customer experience, and oversee daily operations across service, production and presentation.
You’ll be responsible for rostering, cost control and driving growth, with solid support from our store leadership network. If you love gelato, building local connections, and taking ownership, this role is for you.
