Ruah invites applications for a full time Support Coordinator to join the Wongee Mia team in Northbridge. You will work directly with Aboriginal clients to support housing stability, wellbeing and recovery outcomes, coordinating supports, facilitating groups and advocating on their behalf.
You will collaborate with Elders, family, and partners, delivering trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and contributing to a strengths-based model of care.
