West Moreton Health in Queensland seeks an experienced social worker to provide complex clinical case work in the Oncology outpatient service, assessing psychosocial needs of diverse clients, families and carers.

You will work independently to deliver care to a diverse caseload, adhere to AASW codes, pursue CPD, and participate in supervision while ensuring culturally safe practice and strong written reporting.
