Lithgow City Council is seeking a Building and Development Officer in Lithgow, NSW. Reporting to the Team Leader - Building, you will undertake building control work including pre-lodgement advice and building certification, and process all applications and certificates allocated to the position.

The role requires independent assessment within delegated authority, liaison with developers and staff, preparation of detailed reports, and duties as Principal Certifier.
