We are passionate about using high-quality Australian ingredients to recreate one of China’s most beloved foods, and we are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our customers experience the highest quality of food and service. You will also lead a team of passionate professionals and contribute to the continued success of Legend Lanzhou Beef Noodles. • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and productive service. • Lead and train staff to maintain high standards in food quality, presentation, and customer service. • Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and managing stock to ensure restaurant readiness. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control,
