About the role

An opportunity existsfor a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Administration Officer tojoin our team on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal in deliveringhigh-quality administrative support to the Human Resources function andcontributes to the smooth operation of people-related processes across site.

This position is offered on 4 days on 3 days off residential or drive-in/drive-out roster.

Core responsibilities

- Provide professionaladministrative support to the Human Resources team and other departmentsas required
- Maintain accurateemployee records and HR databases




- Support recruitment andonboarding activities including coordinating interviews, reference checks,inductions, and accommodation bookings and other HR duties as required.
- Assist with performancemanagement processes and industrial relations matters
- Contribute to continuousimprovement of HR systems and procedures

About you

You are organised,discreet, and confident in managing a diverse range of administrative andHR-related tasks. Your ability to build and maintain positive workingrelationships is complemented by a high level of professionalism andconfidentiality.

To be successfulin this role, you will bring a strong work ethic with the ability to prioritiseand manage competing demands, along with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. You’ll have a cooperative, team-focused approach and becomfortable working independently when required.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office, SharePoint, and Pronto is desirable, and prior experience inend-to-end recruitment will be highly regarded.
