The Salvation Army ACT Central Intake Service seeks an Intake Case Worker to deliver trauma-informed intake, assessment and short-term case coordination for individuals and families facing hardship, housing instability or complex needs.
You will work across phone, in-person and outreach channels, coordinating with ACCOs and service providers, ensuring culturally protected responses and accurate data entry in SAMIS/SHIP.
