MacKellar is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to support the Carmichael Mine site in Central Queensland. You will work closely with supervisors and leaders to manage people-related matters and foster a protected, compliant workplace.

Key duties include delivering practical HR advice, supporting investigations and performance management, and preparing HR documentation. Australian employment legislation knowledge and strong stakeholder skills are essential.
