Compass is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Software Engineer to help build recent web apps and grow the Compass core platform. The role spans multiple projects, with a stack centered on C#/.NET and React, plus SQL and MongoDB databases. You’ll work alongside senior engineers on design and architecture decisions.

You will collaborate with product managers, triage production issues, and contribute to AI-assisted development using Claude Code to speed delivery while maintaining quality.
