The Salvation Army Employment Plus is seeking a specialist case worker to support participants with a history of offending to overcome barriers and secure meaningful employment. You will conduct in-depth assessments, develop tailored employment plans, and coordinate with employers and support services.
Working in a small team, you’ll provide person-centred support, build relationships with stakeholders, and maintain explicit records to support successful reintegration into the community.
