As a Product Development Technologist, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our products show up for consumers across major retail partners. You will contribute to cross-functional project teams developing Home and Personal Care products for the Australian and Recent Zealand markets.



Reporting directly to the Head of R&D; you will make a make a highly valued contribution to deliver results that matter.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Coordinating the technical requirements to deliver a range of products within our homecare and personal care categories.
- Drive new product innovation and core product renovation, balancing speed, cost, and quality.
- Working with the Asia Regional Supply Chain and technical teams, the internal and external vendor base to ensure that projects are delivered on time
- Participate in ideation sessions with Marketing to provide technical solutions for new product concepts, providing key technical support to Marketing and Commercial
- Managing all aspects of technical documentation, sourcing briefs
