What You’ll Be Doing:

- Making high volume outbound calls to warm leads (no cold calling grind!)
- Creating genuine opportunities for the Sales Team by qualifying business owners
- Smashing daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs like the sales pro you are
- Handling objections with confidence, curiosity, and charisma
- Becoming a product and CRM expert




- Delivering standout customer service that builds real relationships
- Representing a brand that’s making waves in the business finance space

To Be Successful You:

- Must have completed Bachelors Degree (eg; Sales and Marketing, Accounting, Finance or similar)
- Must have full Australian working rights
- Have 1 year of sales or call centre experienceThrive in a target-driven, high energy environment
- Bounce back quickly and push through the “no’s” to reach the “yes”
- Bring positive energy, confidence, and strong communication skills
- Are self motivated and ready to grow in a high performing team
