Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial and alternative assets, you will deliver Technical Due Diligence, Building Condition Assessments, Make Valuable (Dilapidations) and property advisory services for leading property owners, investors, insurers and occupiers.

Prepare Make Good (Dilapidations) reports
Provide property advisory services
About you
Degree in Building Surveying(UK), Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline
3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory
Strong inspection, investigation and problem-solving skills
Ability to prepare clear, concise and technically robust reports
Confident engaging with clients and industry professionals
MRICS or similar professional accreditation (or working towards) highly regarded
