As our service continues to grow, we are seeking compassionate and clinically focused Nurse Practitioners and Medical Practitioners to join a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. We are expanding our search to include both medical professionals and endorsed Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through a modern telehealth model.

In this role, you'll conduct telehealth consultations, assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, prescribe where appropriate and within your scope of practice, and coordinate referrals when required. Working within a robust clinical governance framework, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while enjoying the flexibility of a contemporary telehealth environment.

About the Role:

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Medical Practitioner, you will:

Conduct telehealth consultations and clinical assessments

Develop personalised treatment plans and provide clinical advice

Prescribe medications in line with Australian regulations, clinical guidelines, and scope of practice

Refer patients to specialists and other healthcare providers when appropriate

Monitor patient progress through follow‑up consultations

Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation

Identify when further assessment, investigation, or escalation is required

Uphold high standards of patient safety,



ethics, and clinical governance

Clinical Experience & Qualifications:

Unrestricted AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner

Experience conducting autonomous clinical consultations and assessments

Strong clinical assessment and treatment‑planning skills

Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Sound understanding of Australian prescribing and regulatory requirements

Confidence using telehealth and digital health platforms

A patient‑first, evidence‑based approach to care

Medical Practitioners

Unrestricted AHPRA registration

Experience conducting independent medical consultations

Strong clinical assessment and treatment‑planning skills

Excellent communication and patient engagement skills

Sound understanding of Australian prescribing and regulatory requirements

Confidence using telehealth and digital health platforms

A patient‑first, evidence‑based approach to care

This role requires compliance with all applicable registration, prescribing, and clinical governance requirements, along with satisfactory pre‑employment checks.
