PointsBet is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver end-user support, identity, and device management across Australia, Canada and Japan. This hybrid role requires a solid focus on security, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle management of IT assets.

You will handle service desk tickets, manage licences and SaaS tools, and collaborate with HR, security and engineering teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.
