Metro North Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1) to provide expert nursing care in a specialised cardiology workplace. You will coordinate complex patient journeys, support nursing staff development, and contribute to an evidence-based learning culture.

The role requires responding to changes in patient status with advanced assessment and intervention, teaching patients and families, and participating in performance planning.
