Portland District Health (PDH) is seeking a suitably qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join the Pharmacy team. The role covers inpatient and outpatient dispensing, ward-based clinical services, and medicines information for staff and patients.

You’ll supervise technical staff and contribute to education services across the facility. Applicants must be registered with AHPRA, hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, and demonstrate hospital/clinical pharmacy experience.
