Ambition is looking for a dedicated L2 Support Engineer to join our MSP-focused team in Sydney. You will work hybrid, one day from home, with regular travel to client sites across the wider Sydney area, using your M365 expertise to support clients.

You will join a capable L3 team, handling L2 incidents, deploying Intune, and assisting with Azure tasks while building solid client relationships both face-to-face and remotely.
