Club Lime, part of Viva Leisure, is looking for a Multi ClubManager to lead our two Goulburn clubs, just 150 metres apart onLansdowne Street and Hume Street. Moving between sites is a shortstroll, so you can spend your time where it counts: coaching yourteam, connecting with members and lifting performance at bothclubs.

This is a role for a leader who brings energy and fresh ideas.You will have real freedom to shape operational standards, turninsights into action and build clubs where your team feelsmotivated and members feel inspired. Both clubs are part of agrowing, well-loved network, and your leadership will help shapewhat comes next.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of and a passion for the FitnessIndustry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors
- Demonstrated people management and team leadershipexperience
- Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset andability to meet targets
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with apassion for engaging both team members and clients tostrengthen the brand. Skilled in supporting diverse tasks andmentoring future leaders to help them achieve peakperformance
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence throughstrong organisational and formal operational skills. Capable ofmanaging multiple priorities effectively, with a proactivemindset, eagerness to learn,



and agility in adapting toevolving business needs
- Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values, andbehaviours while being passionate about our brands. You willdemonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy and support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word,Excel, Outlook)

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver an exceptional member experience by greeting allvisitors, supporting enquiries and trialists, and helpingmembers find training options that meet their needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through effectiverecruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performancesupport.
- Manage rostering and payroll processes accurately, ensuringstaffing levels meet business and member needs.
- Maintain high operational standards by ensuring clubs areclean, safe, well-presented, and fully equipped at alltimes.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, safety checks, incidentreporting, and inventory management across multiplelocations.
- Support local area marketing initiatives and identifyopportunities to enhance member engagement and communityawareness.
- Complete administrative tasks with attention to detail andensure full compliance with Viva Leisure policies, procedures,and safety requirements.
