As a Software Developer , you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions that support our organisation’s strategic and operational goals.

Working closely with our local and global engineering team and stakeholders across the business, you will improve and maintain the complex systems, integrations, and applications that enhance our services and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the design, development, testing and deployment of complex software systems, applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.

Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms, enabling seamless data flow and supporting business-critical processes.

Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.

Contribute to the organisation's long-term technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across systems and platforms.

About you

Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and building scalable, integrated software solutions.

Experience working with databases and cloud technologies, e.g., SQL Server, MariaDB/MySQL or PostgreSQL, and any Azure or AWS services.





Proven ability to work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders, building strong working relationships across technical and business groups.

A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
