Built on a reputation for hands-on, practical advice, the firm looks after a diverse client base, from small and family-owned businesses through to large groups and multinationals. Its in-house financial planning arm means clients get a genuine one-stop shop, and you get exposure to the bigger picture.

Thanks to continued growth, the firm is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Accountant to join the team at its new Gregory Hills office. Reporting directly to the partners, you will own full compliance work from start to finish and manage your own portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries and entity structures. You will have direct mentorship from experienced partners, real flexibility to fit life around work, and a clear pathway to Manager.

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

Managing your own client portfolio of around $500k in fees (Senior level)

Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs and individuals

Preparing and lodging BAS/IAS and other statutory obligations

Building strong, long-term client relationships through direct, hands-on service

Assisting with tax planning, cash flow forecasting, budgeting and broader business advisory

Reviewing and mentoring junior team members (Senior level)

Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will:

Have 3+ years' business services experience

Be CA/CPA qualified or working towards it

Bring robust technical skills and a genuine drive to get the job done

Ideally live locally to Gregory Hills
