Cosmetic Registered Nurse – Experienced Injector

Eva Karpati Skin Clinic is seeking an experienced Cosmetic Registered Nurse to care for our established injectable patients and help grow this area of our practice.

We are looking for a confident injector with a minimum of two years’ full-time cosmetic nursing experience, sound clinical judgement and a warm, professional manner. You will be comfortable consulting and treating patients independently within your scope, with a focus on natural results, patient safety and long-term patient relationships.

About the role

Working Wednesdays and Fridays within our established Double Bay skin clinic, your primary focus will be cosmetic injectable consultations, treatments and follow-up care. You will also work alongside our skin therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct thorough consultations, assess suitability for treatment and develop individualised treatment plans.
- Perform anti-wrinkle, dermal filler, biostimulator, bioremodelling and Rejuran treatments within your training and scope of practice.
- Provide clear advice on expected outcomes, risks, aftercare and ongoing treatment options.
- Conduct patient reviews and recognise, manage and ESCALATE complications appropriately.
- Coordinate with prescribing practitioners and maintain accurate consent, photography and clinical records.
- Perform PRP treatments, including venepuncture, and skin needling treatments.
- Participate in laser and IV infusion services where appropriately trained, with further training available.




- Maintain high standards of infection prevention, clinical safety and treatment room organisation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to support continuity of care and patient retention.

About you

You will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of two years’ full-time experience as a cosmetic injector, or equivalent substantial part-time experience.
- Demonstrated independent experience performing anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments.
- Experience with biostimulators, bioremodelling and regenerative injectable treatments.
- Strong facial assessment, consultation and treatment planning skills.
- Sound knowledge of injectable complications and appropriate escalation pathways.
- Experience with PRP and venepuncture.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, caring approach.
- The ability to build patient trust, recommend appropriate treatments and recognise when treatment should not proceed.
- Availability to work consistently on Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Laser, IV cannulation and infusion experience will be highly regarded.
