Program Leader - Libraries – Isaac Region

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Program Leader – Libraries. In this rewarding role, you will lead, coordinate and continuously improve library services across the Isaac region, ensuring accessible, inclusive and high-quality experiences for our communities. You will provide professional leadership in the delivery of library operations, collections, programs and systems, while supporting Community Hubs staff to deliver contemporary services that foster lifelong learning, community connection and engagement.

Key Competencies

Qualifications – Mandatory

- Valid Driver Licence
- Working with Children Blue Card (must be obtained prior to the commencement in the role)

If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

- Salary $108,804.00 - $118,512.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 6-7)




- Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
