Carinity is seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead and supervise clinical care in our Residential Aged Care team. The role focuses on guiding nursing staff, implementing evidence-based guidelines, and ensuring holistic resident care across physical, social, and spiritual needs.
You will provide expert guidance, develop policies, and drive quality improvement, while training staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Availability Mon-Fri 8:00–16:00 with on-call as required.
