Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Head Chef for Runaway Bay Tavern on the Gold Coast to lead the kitchen team in a busy pub setting. You will take ownership of day-to-day operations, lead by example and balance strong service with kitchen performance.

You will drive labour and food cost control, maintain high food quality and uphold safety standards, while fostering a positive, accountable team culture in a newly renovated venue.
