The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use strata schemes
- Build strong relationships with owners, strata committees and residents
- Prepare and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance, repairs and building compliance matters
- Ensure compliance with NSW strata legislation and relevant regulations
- Oversee budgets, levy contributions and financial reporting in conjunction with the accounts team
- Manage insurance claims, building defects and owner enquiries
- Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal administration and accounts teams

About You:

- Previous experience in strata management
- Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence or currently working towards it




- Sound knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee a portfolio effectively
- Professional, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service
