Istss in Townsville, QLD is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the operational management of the team and ensure high‑quality adolescent mental health services. The role acts as the first point of contact for HR, WHS, guidelines and service development, sustaining safety and quality across the unit.
The Team Leader may provide clinical input when the Consultant Psychiatrist is not available. Flexibility to work across other areas of the service is possible as needed.
