Seek is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a key commercial cleaning portfolio in Rockhampton. You will manage 35 sites and about 30 staff, ensuring cleaning standards, KPI delivery, client expectations, WHS compliance and daily operations are met.
You will regularly visit sites, lead cleaning teams, resolve issues, monitor quality and maintain robust client relationships across the portfolio. The role is hands-on, with responsibility for staffing, rosters and site performance.
