Project Supervisor – Site Infrastructure Central Queensland | Coal Mining | 3–6 Month Contract (potential extension)

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor / Project Engineer to support the delivery of infrastructure upgrades at an established coal mining operation in Central Queensland.

This is a hands‑on, site‑based role suited to someone who enjoys managing contractors, coordinating works and driving projects through to completion.

About the Role

You’ll oversee several existing site infrastructure projects, including:

- Sewage treatment plant upgrades
- Workshop and facilities improvements
- General mine-site infrastructure projects
- Contractor supervision and coordination
- Managing safety, quality, schedules and project delivery
- Supporting project handover and closeout

About You





- Experience as a Project Supervisor, Project Engineer or Project Manager
- Background in mining, construction or heavy industry
- Strong contractor management and site execution experience
- Civil, mechanical or site infrastructure project exposure
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable taking ownership of existing projects
