Australian Taxation Office is seeking highly motivated Prosecutors to join the Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) business area to appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner.

As a Prosecutions Officer, you will prosecute and provide technical support within a small operational team operating within a broader ATO compliance workplace. These roles may require travel and a current Australian driver’s licence is essential.
