Due to continued growth, ASG Equipment Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Dubbo workshop.

About the role

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and reliability of a fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment. Working closely with the management team, you'll lead a team of technicians and apprentices while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities

- Leading daily workshop operations and maintenance activities
- Coordinating scheduled servicing, repairs and equipment rebuilds
- Supporting technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
- Mentoring apprentices and developing team capability and succession
- Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement

About you

- Previous workshop supervisory experience
- Strong earthmoving equipment knowledge
- Excellent organisational and communication skills




- A hands-on approach and commitment to high standards
- Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment is highly regarded!!
