L'Oréal in Melbourne is seeking a Retail Manager – Skincare for Travel Retail APAC (ANZ) to drive sell-out performance across airport duty-free counters in Australia and Recent Zealand. This role is office-based with regular travel across ANZ to stay close to teams, retailers, and passenger flows.
You will lead retail excellence, partner with Marketing and Education teams, recruit and coach Beauty Advisors, manage stock and budgets, and travel frequently to support business growth.
