ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume bar.




- Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front.
- Broad bar management experience, equipment maintenance and rostering.
- Roster management working within budget
- Hands on role to lead from the front
- Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience whilst developing your team.
- High level of presentation and a keen eye for detail .
- Current RSA, RMLV & Approved Managers license.
- Whilst the bar will be your focus you will also need to be able to manage the shift with full accountability. You will need to be available to work weekends.
