NSW Health is seeking an Allied Health Assistant (Lvl 2-3) for inpatient aged care at Fairfield Hospital. This permanent FT role supports Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Social Work teams to deliver person-centred care and smooth patient transitions.

You will contribute to mobility, daily activities, and cognitive/social engagement while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
