We're looking for a tech-savvy, innovative and hands‑on IT Support & Systems Development Team Member to join one of our fantastic, growing clients!

This isn't your average IT support role. Yes, you'll be helping people with their day-to-day technology challenges, but you'll also have the opportunity to build apps, develop and roll out new systems, automate processes and help the business work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

We want someone who loves technology, thinks outside the box, enjoys a challenge and gets genuinely excited about creating solutions!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be involved in a fantastic mix of IT support, systems development and business improvement, including:

IT Support & Troubleshooting

- Providing hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and business systems.

- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.

- Setting up new users, devices, accounts and system access.

- Supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

- Managing software installations, updates, backups and general cybersecurity practices.

- Helping employees solve technical problems quickly and efficiently.

App Building, Systems Development & Automation

- Building and developing internal business apps to improve daily operations.

- Helping design, implement and roll out new software, programs and systems across the business.

- Identifying repetitive tasks and developing clever ways to automate them.





- Creating automated workflows to reduce manual administration and improve productivity.

- Working with management to understand business challenges and develop practical technology solutions.

- Integrating different software platforms and systems to improve communication and data flow.

- Exploring AI tools, automation platforms and emerging technologies that could benefit the business.

- Testing new applications, troubleshooting issues and supporting successful implementation.

- Training employees on new programs, systems and technology.

- Continuously looking for smarter, simpler and more efficient ways of doing things!

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, creative, proactive and genuinely passionate about technology.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in IT support, systems administration, software development or a similar role.

- Confidence troubleshooting everyday IT issues.

- Experience building apps, developing software solutions or creating internal business tools.

- An understanding of automation, workflows and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and general business technology.

- Experience implementing or rolling out new software and systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.

- An interest in AI, emerging technology and business process improvement.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in plain English.

- A friendly,



approachable personality and a genuine willingness to help others.

- The ability to work independently, take initiative and turn ideas into practical solutions.

Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms or AI automation tools would be highly regarded!

You don't need to know absolutely everything. We're looking for someone with a great technical foundation, a curious mind and the enthusiasm to learn, build and improve.
