About the Position
Aspect Joinery is a Toowoomba-based company specialising in high-quality residential and commercial joinery. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Commercial Joinery Installer to join our growing team, servicing our Brisbane-based projects .
We welcome applications from experienced, trade-qualified Cabinet Makers and Joinery Installers, as well as 3rd or 4th year Cabinet Making Apprentices who have a keen interest in installation work and are looking to further develop their skills in commercial joinery installation.
The successful applicant will be Brisbane-based and responsible for delivering high-quality joinery installations across a variety of commercial projects.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has a professional attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install commercial cabinetry and joinery to a high standard.
Read and accurately interpret plans, drawings and specifications.
Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
Complete installation adjustments, defects and maintenance requests as required.
Liaise professionally with builders, site supervisors, other trades and clients.
Maintain a safe,
clean and organised work workplace.
Work independently or as part of a team to achieve quality installation outcomes.
Skills & Experience
Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or relevant joinery installation experience, or currently completing a 3rd or 4th year Cabinet Making Apprenticeship .
Previous experience in commercial joinery installation highly regarded.
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management and organisational skills.
Current Construction White Card.
Current Australian driver's licence, reliable vehicle and own tools.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, or under appropriate supervision for apprentices.
