You will work with Care Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing, reviewing client documents and overseeing medication management.

This role requires current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, First Aid, CPR, and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary
