The Junction Works Ltd is recruiting Disability Support Workers to join our team across Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation (Day Program) services in South West Sydney.

You will provide person-centred support to empower people with disability, assist with daily living, community access and skills development, while building meaningful relationships with participants, families and professionals.
