Austin Health is seeking a Clinical Documentation & Outcome Measure, Education and Auditor Lead on a fixed-term, part time basis (22.8 hours per week) at Heidelberg, Melbourne. This senior role leads documentation, outcome measurement and audits to improve care quality and patient outcomes.
You will educate teams, embed best-practice processes and identify opportunities to enhance clinical practice, service planning and funding.
