This represents a rare opportunity with one of Mackay's leading accounting firms. This firm is very well known in the region for working with incredibly large and complex clients. This firm goes above and beyond for their clients.

POSITION

Due to strong growth the position of Senior Administrator has been created.

The role will involve the following:

- Support the accounting team
- Act as the PA for the Manager and Director
- Client relationship management (mainly primary producer clients)
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Liaising with the ATO
- Liasing with banks and other third parties
- Invoicing
- Database management
- Any other administrative duties as required

CANDIDATE





The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Administration is desirable however my client is willing to consider candidates from other corporate backgrounds/industries
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration (ideal but not necessary)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced workplace
- Ability to be a team player
