Opal HealthCare is seeking a seasoned culinary leader for a roving Head Chef role. This full time, weekday position covers multiple sites across Greater Sydney and the Central West, delivering Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage as needed.

You will bring a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Food Safety Supervisory Certification, and 5+ years’ Head Chef experience in aged care, hotels, or similar settings. Focused on quality and dining experiences, you’ll create nutritious meals, supervise daily
