HammondCare, via Dementia Support Australia (DSA), is seeking a Workshop Facilitator to design and deliver dementia care training nationwide from our Chermside/Brisbane base. The role supports diverse care settings, enabling staff to apply practical, person-centred strategies for people living with dementia.

You will lead workshops, assess training impact and collaborate with stakeholders to build capability across acute, residential and community aged care sectors.
