Due to continued growth, we're seeking a Property Manager or an experienced Property Associate ready to step up.
What's on offer:
Monday to Friday only – no weekends
Manage a small, local portfolio
Based in our boutique Seaforth office
Supportive, collaborative team setting
No leasing and no routine inspections
Strong systems, leadership support, and realistic workloads
About you:
Must hold a Certificate of Registration as your real estate licence
Minimum 2 years' property management experience
(4+ years highly regarded)
Confident, professional, and well-presented
Comfortable communicating with owners and tenants
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Keen to learn, grow, and take pride in your work
Must have Australian work rights
