Based in the beautiful hinterlands of Mount Nathan, Queensland , this role is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the region’s premier wedding and event venues. We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants .

You’ll play an important role in creating unforgettable wedding experiences for our couples, while also supporting venue sales, enquiries and bookings. From building relationships with prospective couples to helping bring their wedding plans to life, this is a varied and rewarding role for someone who loves people, weddings and creating exceptional experiences.

What you'll be doing

Drive Sales Success: Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Showcase Our Venue: Conduct engaging venue tours, highlighting our unique features and tailored packages.

Build Client Relationships: Foster lasting connections through prompt, professional, and personalised communication.

Create Memorable Experiences: Understand clients' visions to deliver seamless, unforgettable weddings.

Coordinate with Precision: Oversee all logistical elements, from setup to vendor coordination, ensuring smooth event execution.

Maintain High Standards: Ensure every event meets Coolibah Downs’ impeccable standards.

Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the events team to enhance offerings and improve client satisfaction.

Stay Organised: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and bookings.

Boost Our Reputation: Encourage positive Google reviews to strengthen our online presence.

Lead Generation: Actively participate in marketing activities to attract recent clients.

What we're looking for

Proven Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into bookings.

Experience:



Minimum 2 years in a wedding coordination or events sales role.

Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to build strong client relationships.

Proven Success: A demonstrated track record of delivering high-end wedding events with precision and style.

Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously with creativity and attention to detail.

Hospitality Passion: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and making every event memorable.
